In Aqilôn we believe in using recycled materials and deconstructing pieces of clothing to give life to new exciting projects.
THE MÔVEMENT
The name refers both to the cultural and physical movement. Inspired by the Hip Hop culture and dance scene, bboys and bgirls, this collection wants to show its true essence and values.
A metaphysical approach.
Starting from its iconic, sporty and oversized style and paying homage to this Hip Hop Era and its origins, we added our more minimalistic perspective with a sober color palette and clean cuts giving an elegant touch to every piece. Fabrics are specially treated to resist any abrasions that could happen when dancing or during performance.
DECÔNSTRUCTION
Taking the patterns from an old shirt and transforming them we made a convertible puffer jacket with detachable sleeves.
