Shipping & Delivery Information
At AQILÔN, each garment is handcrafted to order, ensuring exclusivity and minimizing waste. Below, you will find details about our shipping process, estimated delivery times, and costs.
Order Processing & Production Time

All AQILÔN pieces are made to order. Production takes approximately 15 to 30 days before shipping.

Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email. A second email with tracking information will be sent when your package is dispatched.

Since each piece is produced on demand, we cannot accept order modifications or cancellations after 24 hours of purchase.
Shipping Destinations & Costs
We offer worldwide shipping. Costs and estimated delivery times vary based on your location:

Europe & UK: 3-7 business days

USA & Canada: 5-10 business days

Rest of the World: 7-15 business days
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location. Additional customs fees may apply for international orders.
Customs, Duties & Taxes

International shipments may be subject to import duties or customs fees, which are determined by your country’s regulations. AQILÔN is not responsible for these additional charges.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Shipments

AQILÔN is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing or courier issues.

If your package is marked as delivered but has not arrived, please contact the courier service directly.

If your order arrives damaged, please email pedidos@aqilon.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage.
Returns & Exchanges

Since our garments are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless there is a manufacturing defect.
